Each day we will focus on certain skills needed to become a complete baseball player. These skills include ...
Throwing (release point, mechanics, footwork, etc.)
Receiving (hand-eye coordination, tracking, transfers, etc.)
Fielding (position, footwork, defensive situations, etc.)
Batting (approach, mechanics, balance, timing, bunting, etc.)
Baserunning (leads, turns, sliding, situational awareness, stealing, etc.)
